2VAT and sales tax

We hold no EU VAT identification number under § 27a UStG. Apple is the merchant of record for every purchase made through the App Store, and Apple accounts for VAT, sales tax, and any equivalent levy in your country. Your receipt comes from Apple, and any tax question about your purchase is answered by Apple.

Eine Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer gemäß § 27a UStG liegt nicht vor. Verkäufer sämtlicher In-App-Käufe ist Apple; Apple führt die Umsatzsteuer ab und stellt die Rechnung aus.

4Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). Please write to us first — we answer every message, and your statutory rights are unaffected either way. See section 22 of the Terms.

How we handle information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. The short version: your location is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to us, this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and our backend holds only an anonymous subscription record.
